This policy explains what information the Brick N' Break iOS app ("the App") handles. It supplements the company policy at https://luckboxlabs.com/privacy/. Where they differ, this policy controls for the App.
1. Advertising — Google AdMob (rewarded ads). You may choose to watch a rewarded ad. Google AdMob may collect device identifiers (including the Advertising Identifier/IDFA only if you allow tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and app information, and ad interaction data, to serve, measure, and limit fraud on ads. Where required (for example in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and certain US states), consent is collected through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP); if you decline, Google may serve non-personalized or limited ads. Apple's SKAdNetwork may be used for privacy-preserving ad attribution without sharing your identity with us.
2. Crash reporting — Firebase Crashlytics. If the App crashes, Crashlytics collects crash traces, device model, OS version, app version, and a random installation identifier. We use this only to diagnose and fix problems. It is not used to identify you or for advertising.
3. In-app purchases — Apple StoreKit. Payments are processed by Apple. We receive only a transaction record needed to unlock your purchase. We never receive your payment card details.
4. Game Center — Apple. If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are handled by Apple under your Game Center settings and Apple's privacy policy.
5. Progress sync — iCloud key-value storage. Game progress may be saved to your own iCloud account so it syncs across your devices. This data is stored by Apple in your iCloud account; Luckbox Labs does not have access to it.
We do not collect contacts, photos, precise location, health data, or account credentials.
To operate the App, deliver purchases and rewards, fix crashes, and show ads consistent with your consent choices.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising except through the ad SDK under your consent choices. Information is processed by the service providers listed below, and may be disclosed if required by law.
We do not run our own servers for App data. Crashlytics crash reports are kept only as long as Google's published Firebase data-retention terms allow, then deleted automatically (see https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy). Ad data is retained by Google under its policies. iCloud and Game Center data remain in your Apple account until you delete them.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is intended for a general audience and is not listed in the App Store Kids category. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help remove it.
You may have rights to know, access, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (including cross-context behavioral advertising). We do not sell personal information. To opt out of ad personalization, use the in-app consent settings and iOS tracking controls above. Because we do not hold identifying data ourselves, most requests are best directed to Google and Apple; we will assist with any request sent to us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. You may still submit an opt-out request using the contact method below.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the legal bases are your consent (personalized ads) and our legitimate interest (crash diagnostics, fraud prevention). You may withdraw consent at any time in the App.
We rely on the security of Apple and Google platforms and do not store App data on our own systems.
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change and material changes will be noted in the App or on this page.
